AI Disclosure

Generative tools, used like grown ups.

AI is a remarkable production technology and a slightly less remarkable ethical excuse. We use it deliberately and disclose it honestly. This page explains how.

Where AI shows up in our work

  • AI performers and avatars: synthetic on screen presenters generated and animated from text prompts, licensed reference imagery or your own approved actor likeness.
  • Voices: synthetic voiceover generated under licensed terms, or human VO, depending on brief.
  • Product placement and scene generation: photoreal renders of your product in environments that would be impractical to shoot.
  • Motion, upscaling and frame interpolation: AI assisted post production.
  • Script ideation: drafted with AI assistance, edited by humans, approved by you.

Consent and likeness

We do not generate the likeness or voice of any real, identifiable person without that person's explicit written consent or a valid licence covering the use, term, territory and media in question. If your brand wants an AI clone of a real spokesperson, founder or athlete, we'll require evidence of consent before production begins.

/03

Platform disclosure labels

Many platforms now require advertisers to flag AI generated or significantly edited content. We package every relevant deliverable so your buyers can toggle the right disclosure: Meta's "AI info" label, TikTok's "AI generated" toggle, YouTube's "altered or synthetic content" disclosure, LinkedIn's content credentials, and any future equivalents. Where C2PA content credentials apply, we embed them.

/04

Regulatory disclosure

For regulated categories or claims (financial, medical, alcohol, political), we follow the relevant rules: the UK ASA / CAP Code, the US FTC Endorsement Guides, Spanish Ley General de Publicidad and CNMC guidance, and the EU AI Act transparency obligations for deepfakes and synthetic media. You retain final responsibility for substantiating any factual or comparative claims you choose to make.

What we will not produce

See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full list. In short: no non consensual likenesses of real people, no political deepfakes, no impersonation of journalists or officials, no synthetic CSAM, no health or financial claims we can't substantiate, and no advertising designed to deceive rather than persuade.

/06

Model and provider transparency

We use a rotating stack of leading generative video, image, voice and language providers, chosen per project for quality and licensing fit. We will name the specific tools used on your project on request.
