What we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

The controller of personal data collected through this site is Video & Advertising FX S.L., Avenida Finisterre 165C, Planta 3, 15008 A Coruña, Spain. Contact: privacy@vidadfx.com.

• Contact form submissions: name, work email, company, website URL, monthly creative volume, the metric you'd like to move and any message you choose to send.
• Direct email correspondence: anything you write to us at hello@vidadfx.com or privacy@vidadfx.com.
• Commercial relationship data: billing details, signed agreements, project briefs and the deliverables we produce for you.
• Server logs: standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) retained briefly for security and abuse prevention.

• Article 6(1)(b) contract: to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and deliver the services.
• Article 6(1)(c) legal obligation: to keep accounting records as required by Spanish tax law.
• Article 6(1)(f) legitimate interests: to operate, secure and improve the site, and to occasionally follow up on enquiries.

Contact enquiries that don't convert are deleted within 24 months. Active client records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus six years to satisfy Spanish accounting and statute of limitations periods. Server logs are retained for 30 days.

• Our hosting and database provider (Lovable Cloud, built on Supabase / AWS infrastructure).
• Email infrastructure providers used to send and receive correspondence.
• Accountants, auditors and legal advisers, under confidentiality obligations.
• Tax and regulatory authorities where required by law.

Some subprocessors process data outside the EEA or the UK. Where they do, transfers are made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent valid transfer mechanism.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time where consent is the lawful basis. Email privacy@vidadfx.com and we will respond within one month.

You can lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es). UK residents may contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We'd rather you spoke to us first, but it is your right.

This is a business to business service. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy materially, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify active clients by email.
